Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Brisbane?
We can often accommodate same-day flower delivery for select designs when orders are placed by 10am. However, our signature Botanical Journeys collection is created with carefully sourced seasonal blooms, so we may require up to 24–48 hours’ notice to ensure the right flowers are available.
What is your flower substitution policy?
Flowers are a seasonal product, and availability can vary. While we cannot always guarantee the exact flowers pictured (including in our Botanical Journeys range), we always ensure the same colour palette, quality, and overall style of your chosen design. This way, your arrangement maintains its intended look and meaning.
Can I order funeral or sympathy flowers online?
We recommend contacting us directly for funeral and sympathy flowers. Each piece is created with great care and sensitivity, and we prefer to discuss your needs personally to design a truly meaningful arrangement.

Yes. Pickup is available, but all pickup orders must be placed by phone in advance, with an arranged pickup time confirmed. This ensures your flowers are ready and prepared when you arrive.
